The Sales Representative will assist the General Manager in acquiring new members and retaining existing ones. Pilates knowledge is preferred but not required.

• Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills
• Goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets
• Proficiency in Club Ready software
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours
• Effective communication skills, including public speaking
• Proficient computer skills
• Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, reliable transportation, clean DMV record, and ability to pass background checks

• Generate leads, follow up, and close sales
• Conduct facility tours and assess client needs
• Maintain sales quotas and promote the club’s services
• Book appointments and participate in promotional events
• Develop selling skills and perform other duties as assigned
