Position Overview: We’re looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Team Members. In this role, you’ll be the friendly face of Roll and Co., guiding guests through our unique ordering process and rolling spring rolls fresh to order.

• Greet Guests:
  Welcome customers warmly and make them feel at home.
• Assist with Orders:
  Help customers choose ingredients and guide them through the ordering process.
• Assemble Spring Rolls:
  Roll each spring roll with care, customizing it to customer preferences.
• Recommend & Inform:
  Answer questions about the menu and suggest flavors or combos.
• Keep It Clean:
  Maintain a tidy and organized assembly station and store.
• Handle Transactions:
  Process payments accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate:
  Work with your team to keep service smooth and fast, especially during peak hours.
• Maintain Standards:
  Follow food safety, sanitation, and handwashing protocols.
• Opening/Closing Support:
  Help set up and break down the assembly station.

• Experience:
  
  Customer service or food service experience is a plus but not required.

  Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
