• Experience in baking and or food manufacturing a plus
• Availability to work full time hours and overtime upon request; weekend and holiday availability required

• Provide sufficient cake products based on forecast, and/or prep list, maintaining cake quality to meet 85C standards.
• Perform daily functions, such as baking, mixing, shaping, receiving/gathering ingredients; depending on the assigned role/task.
• Be on time for all scheduled shifts and adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
• Maintain high standard of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety. (Current, valid food handler card REQUIRED)
• This position requires moderate physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds, walking, bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, and nearly continuous standing and walking; exposure to coolers, freezers, and extreme temperatures. Duties may change or be added as needed.
