** Quality Specialist
** As a Quality Specialist, you will be required to understand the importance of maintaining quality records and review for completeness and accuracy. This position will be required to follow procedures and Quality Assurance Program requirements, update Quality Assurance Records logs and databases, maintain Qualified Personnel Records and Training Records. Scan quality records on a regular basis and close quality record packages.
File quality documents in Quality Records Room.
Knowledge of some manufacturing process and Production Orders, Calibration Records, Nonconformances, Corrective Actions and responsible for maintaining Supplier Performance would be beneficial to the position.
The Quality Specialist will also assist during audits by customers. Work closely with Quality Assurance Engineers to maintain in-process record activity.

*** Review Quality Records for completeness and accuracy.
* Update QA Records logs and databases, maintains Qualified Personnel Records.
* Scan Quality Records Files and close Quality Record Packages.
* Maintain Calibration Records.
* File active Quality records. Maintain Training Records file.
* Work well with department personnel.
** Your Expertise:
*** HS diploma or equivalent
* 2 to 3 Years experience working in a similar industry
* Excellent use of Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Attention to detail
* Strong organizational and communication skills
