DescriptionUnder the direction of and in collaboration with the Supervisor/Manager and/or Director, this position supports the clinical department with first‑line direction of the clinical staff and workflow. Responsibilities also include assisting internal and external customers in providing patient care within the scope of practice outlined by the California Board of Vocational Nursing. The role will assist in orientation/training of new employees and participate in the hiring/evaluation process.

- Graduate of an accredited nursing program at a vocational school or college.
- California Licensed Vocational Nurse upon hire.
- National Provider BLS – American Heart Association within 30 days of hire.
- 2 years experience as an LVN in an ambulatory or acute care setting; 4 years preferred.
- 1 year experience in a leadership role.
- IDX and Touchworks experience.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates for this position. The successful candidate’s placement on the wage range will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available such as shift differentials, standby/on‑call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
