In this role, you will lead the strategy development and execution for Yami’s lifecycle marketing channels, with a focus on automating email, in-app messaging, mobile push notifications, and SMS. As an advocate for customer experience, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customer engagement and facilitate cross-functional collaboration.
Job Responsibilities- Execute strategic channel programs including email, push, SMS, in-app marketing, and promotional campaigns that drive revenue growth & engagement for launches, promotions & cross-sells/up-sells.
- Own performance tracking and reporting for all lifecycle channels.
- Proactively identify opportunities for improvement & keep track of the customer lifecycle-based behavioral data analysis.
- Design and conduct A/B & multivariate testing to deliver insights including subject lines, content, cadence, segmentation, and timing.
- Work closely with the ESP provider to provide & clarify requirements for the development team.
- Manage marketing automation to ensure accuracy & effectiveness.
- Work with the Development Team on maintenance & ongoing improvement of web analytics as well as tagging methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge of data workflows, customer segmentation, automation, personalization, e-commerce experimentation and marketing best practices.
- 3+ years of experience in a retention, marketing operations, or lifecycle marketing.
- Strong dedication to enhancing customer experience with a clear understanding of Yami’s core customer base.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Experience with Iterable or similar marketing platforms is preferred.
- Familiarity with Asian brands.
- E-commerce or online retail experience.
