CNC Machinist – 1st Shift (4:00 am – 2:30 pm) – $25‑$32 per hour.

Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing (CAM), the primary division of Stanley Black & Decker Aerospace, specializes in manufacturing fasteners, fittings, and engineered products for aerospace, defense and industrial markets. CAM comprises nine subsidiaries across the United States, divided among three segments.

• Manufacture products in accordance with engineering drawings.
• Adhere to all department and company quality standards.
• Check product dimensions using proper equipment.
• Refer any issues regarding the CNC lathe area to senior leads or supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with all department and company quality standards.
• Record productivity on company system as required.
• Clean and maintain machinery following department and company standards.
• Adhere to all company safety regulations.
• Communicate in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• May be required to participate in or conduct regular department trainings.

• 3+ years of operating experience with CNC lathes (e.g., Okuma, Takisawa, Swiss, Doosan).
• Ability to learn to set up a CNC lathe (including work holding, kitting of tools, touching off of tools/establishing offsets, reading manufacturing drawings, and first‑article buy‑off) on FANUC or OSP (Okuma) controls.
