Machine OperatorAs a Machine Operator at Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing (CAM), you will work in a leading innovator and partner in manufacturing fasteners, fittings, and engineered products for aerospace, defense, and industrial markets. CAM spans nine subsidiaries across the United States, split among three segments.

Where You Will WorkConsolidated Aerospace Manufacturing (CAM) is the primary division of Stanley Black & Decker Aerospace. We manufacture fasteners, fittings, and engineered products for aerospace, defense, and industrial markets.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities- Operate equipment to produce machined parts according to blueprints, router package specifications, and/or special instructions.
- Interpret drawings, manuals, and work instructions to determine dimensions, tolerances, sequence of operations, and setup requirements.
- Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions or out‑of‑tolerance machining and adjust controls as required.
- Verify conformance of finished work‑piece to specifications.
- Inspect parts for quality and appropriate tolerance using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and comparators.
- Record piece count and run time of production activities.
- Verify dimensions and alignment of assemblies.
- Check parts for conformance to specifications using micrometers, calipers, and gauges and perform SPC.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- A minimum of 0–3 years related industrial machine shop experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
$20/hour – $25/hour
