4X10 Shift (Thursday-Sunday, 6AM-4:30PM)

$25-$32/hr

Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing (CAM) is the primary division of Stanley Black & Decker Aerospace, focused on manufacturing fasteners, fittings, and engineered products for aerospace, defense, and industrial sectors.

• Manufacture products in accordance with engineering drawings.
• Adhere to all department and company quality standards.
• Check product dimensions utilizing proper equipment.
• Refer any issues regarding the CNC lathe area to senior leads or supervisors.
• Record productivity on the company system as required.
• Clean and maintain machinery according to standards.
• Adhere to all company safety regulations.
• Communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Participate in and/or conduct regular department trainings as required.

• Minimum of 1 year operating experience with CNC lathes (e.g., Okuma, Takisawa, Swiss, Doosan).
• Ability to set up a CNC lathe on FANUC or OSP (Okuma) controls, including work holding, kitting of tools, tool offsets, reading of manufacturing drawings, and first‑article buy‑off.

$25-$32 per hour
