Join our growing entertainment company as a Central kitchen Manager! In this role, you will be responsible for oversees daily central kitchen operations with a primary focus on food safety compliance, quality control, and team leadership. This role is responsible for supervising Supervisors, ensuring production standards are met, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting efficient coordination between kitchen departments and store operations.

Round One is a family entertainment company that was established in Japan in 1980 and came to North America in 2010.
We are expanding across the USA with plans to open 100 stores by the year 2030! In addition to our core business of multi-entertainment facilities, we are planning to open Central kitchen for Japanese Food Halls within future stores.
Job Description- Oversee daily Central Kitchen operations across multiple production areas, including ramen, pizza, curry, yakitori, and other Japanese dishes
- Supervise and support Central Kitchen Supervisors to ensure consistent execution of production plans and standards
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and quality programs, including HACCP, GMPs, sanitation, and temperature control
- Review, verify, and maintain food safety documentation, including temperature logs, HACCP records, and sanitation reports
- Oversee quality control processes for inbound, in-process, and outbound products
- Conduct routine inspections of coolers, freezers, and storage areas to ensure FIFO rotation and shelf-life compliance
- Support inventory control, receiving processes, and proper product rotation
- Manage vendor relations through raw material procurement.
- Monitor production flow and assist with daily staffing, scheduling, and shift coverage as needed
- Ensure safe and proper use of kitchen and warehouse equipment, including knives, slicers, scales, pallet jacks, and forklifts
- Lead corrective actions related to food safety, quality, or operational issues
- Support internal and external audits and ensure timely follow-up on compliance requirements
- Train, coach, and provide performance feedback to Supervisors and Associates
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
