- Drive cross-functional collaboration between manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain teams.
- Oversee staffing, training, and leadership development for direct reports in plant operations.
- Supply Chain & Scheduling Improvement:
- Lead Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) implementation to improve forecasting and production efficiency.
- Drive master scheduling improvements to optimize material flow and reduce downtime.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to enhance inventory and production management.
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or Supply Chain Management with strong Manufacturing process experience, ideally in aerospace or precision metal forming.
- Strong leadership experience—must have prior experience coaching and mentoring planners.
- Shop floor planning experience and direct plant operations exposure.
- Experience managing $150M+ revenue operations with direct reports.
- SIOP implementation experience and a track record of improving scheduling processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Proficiency in MRP/ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
