1st Shift - CNC Machinist

CNC Machinist – 1st Shift 4am‑2.30pm

$25–$32 per hour

The role is located in Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing (CAM), a division of Stanley Black & Decker Aerospace that manufactures fasteners, fittings, and engineered products for the aerospace, defense, and industrial markets.

Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing (CAM) – the primary division of Stanley Black & Decker Aerospace.

• Manufacture products in accordance with engineering drawings.
• Adhere to all department and company quality standards.
• Check product dimensions using proper equipment.
• Refer any CNC Lathe area issues to senior leads or supervisors.
• Ensure compliance with department and company quality standards.
• Record all productivity on the company system as required.
• Clean and maintain machinery according to department and company standards.
• Follow all company safety regulations.
• Communicate in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• May be required to participate in and/or conduct regular department training.

Hourly rate: $25–$32.

• At least 1 year of experience operating CNC lathes (Okuma, Takisawa, Swiss, Doosan, etc.).

• Ability to learn CNC lathe set‑up, including tool holding, kitting, touching off, offsets, reading manufacturing drawings, and first‑article buy‑off on FANUC or OSP (Okuma) controls.
