Shift: 2:30 pm – 1:00 am. Compensation: $25‑$30 per hour.
OverviewStanley Black & Decker, Inc. is a Fortune 200 company and the world’s largest tool developer and supplier. As part of the Consolidated Aerospace Manufacturing division, you’ll help produce fasteners, fittings, and engineered products for aerospace, defense, and industrial markets.
Responsibilities- Manufacture products in accordance with engineering drawings.
- Adhere to all department and company quality standards.
- Check product dimensions using proper equipment.
- Refer any issues in the CNC lathe area to senior leads or supervisors.
- Assure compliance with all department and company quality standards.
- Record, as required, all productivity on the company system.
- Clean and maintain machinery according to department and company standards.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations.
- Communicate in English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Participate in and/or conduct regular department trainings when required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating CNC lathes (e.g., Okuma, Takisawa, Swiss, Doosan).
- Ability to set up a CNC lathe on FANUC or OSP (Okuma) controls: work holding, tool kitting, touching off, establishing offsets, reading manufacturing drawings, and first‑article buy‑off.
$25–$32 per hour plus shift premium of 12% on applicable shifts.
