The Associate Attorney will be responsible for all aspects of workers' compensation cases, including evaluating case merits, providing client guidance and counsel through effective communication, medical review, and negotiating, settling, and litigating cases as necessary.

• Manages a full caseload of workers’ compensation cases of varying degrees of complexity
• Creates litigation plans
• Creates budget plans, if necessary
• Conducts discovery
• Travels to court and other appearances
• Tries cases while maintaining exceptional client interaction
• Composes motions, briefs, correspondence, and other legal documents
• Prepares cases for trial
• Communicates with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties to effectively represent clients
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• At least 5 years of experience in the defense of workers’ compensation cases

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $300,000 to $600,000 and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, life, STD and LTD insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
