We're looking for a hands-on clinical educator with an active dental license (DDS, RDH, CDT, or DA) who can teach dental professionals how to integrate modern preventive, restorative, and digital workflows into their practice. Think intraoral scanners, CAD/CAM design software, 3D printing, and 3D resin materials. You'll lead live and virtual training sessions, develop educational content and CE-accredited programming, and help drive product adoption across dental practices and labs.
WhatYou'll Be Doing
- Lead in-person workshops, live demonstrations (chairside and benchside), study group sessions, online webinars, and presentations at industry conferences and trade events.
- Develop educational materials including presentation decks, clinical and laboratory step-by-step guides, reference documents, visual case studies, and short instructional video content.
- Break down complex clinical techniques and digital processes into simple, standardized workflows that are easy for end users and internal staff to replicate.
- Collaborate with go-to-market and marketing teams on new product rollouts, continuing education programming, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting resources.
- Act as a liaison between the field and headquarters — collecting real-world feedback from practitioners and lab technicians and communicating those insights to product development and regulatory teams.
- Own all training documentation, CE record-keeping, and compliance tracking to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage demo inventory including preparation, shipping, setup, and ongoing maintenance of training equipment and materials.
Someone with 3–7 years of clinical experience as a DDS, RDH, CDT, or DA with an active credential. You're a natural communicator who is equally comfortable presenting on stage, on camera, or in a small group setting. Strong writing chops are essential — you'll be creating everything from slide decks and SOPs to short-form video content. A solid foundation in preventive and restorative dentistry is required;
experience with digital workflows (scanning, design software, 3D printing) is a strong plus. You should be comfortable with standard productivity tools and ideally have some basic photo/video skills. Organization and attention to detail matter — you'll be managing multiple training projects simultaneously. Must be able to transport demo equipment (up to 30 lbs) and hold a valid driver's license.
Based on-site in Brea, CA. Available as part-time or full-time (3–5 days per week), with occasional early or late sessions for virtual events. Expect roughly 10–20% travel for trade shows, customer training, and KOL events.
$75,000–$150,000 annually depending on experience and schedule. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with matching, and paid time off. Full details shared during the interview process.
