RevOps Director

Our client is looking for a Rev Ops Director to drive their Hub Spot transformation and sales operations across all business units – B2B, DTC/eCommerce, Marketplaces, and Distribution.

What You’ll Own:

• Lead migration from a homegrown system to Hub Spot.
• Translate business strategy into Hub Spot dashboards, reports, and data structures.
• Oversee and mentor the Sales Operations team.
• Partner across teams to optimize processes and drive measurable impact.
• Collaborate with Hub Spot Admin to implement reporting and analytics solutions.

What You Bring:

• Solid experience in Hub Spot CRM, Marketing, and Sales Hubs, including migrations.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable Rev Ops strategies.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.
