The Job

As a Senior Financial Analyst, CAM Operations Finance, you’ll be part of our Global Functions & Enablers team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to:

  • Partner with Controllership and FP&A to develop the Annual Budget and monthly/Quarterly forecast for OCOS with inputs from operations and Other Stakeholders.
  • Partner with Supply Chain and Controllership teams to forecast Working Capital (Inventory and AP) and provide weekly updates to Latest estimates by element.
  • Tracking and reporting of Financial/Operations metrics - Labor Efficiency, Productivity, Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ), Safety and OTIF (On Time In Fill).
  • Developing dashboards & reporting metrics.
  • Collaborate with Controllership to identify proper labor requirements tied to financial performance. Reporting and tracking of labor count & cost.
  • Support periodic reporting of OCOS and Working Capital by gathering drivers for variances and preparing reports for month-end and weekly cadences.
  • Working with Operations teams to develop a Capex Budget and prioritize projects and track adherence to the budget monthly.
  • Partner with cross functional teams including Operations, Supply Chain and FP&A to support processes and drive cost and Working Capital optimization for the business.
  • Support the business with completing special projects and addressing ad-hoc requests.
The Person

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Finance or Accounting preferably in Manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems - JDE, HFM.
  • Professional written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
