Loan Specialist

Genesis
10 is currently seeking a Loan Specialist for an on-site position with a Major Financial Institution located in Brea, CA. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. Compensation: #43.14 per hour.

This position is focused on the end-to-end process of loan management, including the boarding of new loans, modifications, and comprehensive post-origination quality control. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial and business loans, ensuring compliance and accurate documentation throughout the loan lifecycle.

• Oversee all new loan boarding and loan modification processes
• Conduct post-origination quality control reviews for proper documentation
• Manage account disbursements, flood and hazard insurance monitoring, and payment processing
• Handle various types of adjustable loan processing
• Ensure understanding of applicable compliance issues with knowledge of SBA, Commercial RE, Business Loans, and Participation/Syndication Loans

• 10+ years of experience in lending, loan onboarding, loan processing, or financial services
• Familiarity with loan documentation, credit evaluation, and compliance regulations
• Proficiency in loan boarding and servicing applications and Microsoft Office tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis
