Commercial Loan Syndication Specialist

10 is currently seeking a Commercial Loan Syndication Specialist with our banking company client in their Brea, CA location. This is a 12 month + contract position.

Compensation: $38.91 - 44.00 per hour, W2.

Responsible for managing post‑origination loan activities, ensuring accurate processing of payments, adjustments, and documentation in compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements.

• Monitor and process loan payments, payoffs, and adjustments in servicing systems.
• Review loan documents to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
• Respond to inquiries from borrowers, internal teams, and third parties regarding loan status and servicing issues.
• Reconcile account discrepancies and resolve servicing errors.
• Maintain loan records and generate reports to support audits, compliance reviews, and financial reporting.
• Assist with system upgrades, policy updates, and process improvements related to loan servicing.

• Syndicated or Participated Commercial Loan Experience
• Experience in loan servicing, banking operations, or financial services.
• Familiarity with loan servicing systems and documentation.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to loan servicing and consumer finance.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis
