Overview:
We are seeking a Civil Engineer to support multidisciplinary project teams in the planning, design, and execution of a wide range of infrastructure and facility development projects. This role offers exposure to new construction, renovations, and redevelopment efforts across diverse market sectors.
The selected candidate will contribute throughout the full project lifecycle — from conceptual planning through construction support — adapting designs to meet technical requirements, budget parameters, and stakeholder needs.

Key Responsibilities- Perform civil engineering design from concept development through final design documentation
- Prepare, modify, and review production drawings for infrastructure and facility-related projects
- Design site development components in alignment with project scope and technical requirements
- Apply industry standards, codes, and best practices in civil engineering design
- Conduct research and compile project data to support studies, reports, and technical specifications
- Update and coordinate drawings using CAD and BIM-related software
- Support client presentations, shop drawing review, and contract administration activities
- Perform site visits, field inspections, measurements, and calculations as needed
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program with 3+ years of relevant experience (consulting experience preferred) OR Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering Technology from an ABET-accredited program, successful completion of the FE exam, and 3+ years of relevant experience OR Master’s degree in Civil Engineering with 2+ years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, practices, and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and civil design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Micro Station, BIM platforms, structural and civil analysis tools)
- Ability to work analytically in a structured problem-solving environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent collaboration and organizational abilities
- Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred
