Join our client, a medical company specialized in products that reduce medication errors and prevent healthcare-associated infections, as a Product Development Technician in the Product Development Department supporting Engineering and Lab Teams.

Location: Brea, CA

Pay Range: $28 - $35 per hour

Job Title: Product Development Technician

• Gather, maintain, and compile technical data such as lab test results and engineering design changes.
• Produce engineering documents, reports, and drawings (flow charts, block diagrams, schematics).
• Execute designed test protocols and conduct testing.
• Document and communicate test results effectively.
• Support general lab functions including calibration, safety procedures, and routine equipment maintenance.

• High school diploma and 6+ years of experience in a lab or regulated environment
• OR
• BS in a technical field with 1+ year of lab/R&D experience
• Experience following written procedures and working collaboratively in a team.
• Ability to understand and perform designed test procedures.
