Responsibilities
  • Managing daily customer communication and account activity
  • Maintaining the customer orderbook with accurate dates and status updates
  • Leading regular customer status calls and issue resolution discussions
  • Coordinating internal teams to support delivery, quality and recovery plans
  • Reviewing purchase orders and resolving contractual or compliance issues
Qualifications
  • Strong customer management and professional communication skills
  • Experience with in aerospace or a regulated manufacturing environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and accuracy
  • Confidence working across sales, engineering, supply chain and operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer presentations

As an Account Manager, you will play a central role in supporting customer satisfaction while contributing to bookings and long term growth. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and delivered with consistency and professionalism.
