Sales Planning & Analytics Manager to support the LATAM CoE organization through sales administration, data analysis, forecasting, and pricing management. This role is responsible for sales data processing, forecast accuracy, price governance, dashboard ownership, competitive monitoring, and office guidance for sales targeting, enabling informed and profitable decision-making across LATAM countries and related Samyang America teams.
The Sales Strategy Manager plays a critical role in ensuring pricing accuracy, data integrity, and operational excellence, providing actionable insights that support the success of the LATAM CoE business.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Administration, Analytics & Pricing (LATAM Market)
- Provide data-driven insights and operational recommendations to Sales, Pricing, and SCM teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to support forecast sales (FCST) feasibility and ensure alignment between demand, pricing, and supply.
- Track and evaluate sales and margin performance, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market dynamics to support pricing strategy and market intelligence.
- Identify market trends, risks, and growth opportunities through comprehensive sales and pricing analysis.
- Collect, clean, validate, and analyze sales and pricing data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Manage and maintain pricing structures, price lists, and pricing data accuracy across systems.
- Support target reviews, price analysis in alignment with commercial strategy.
- Provide office-level guidance to Sales teams on customer, channel, product, and market targeting based on sales, pricing, and market analysis.
- Support sales target setting by country, customer, product portfolio, and segment, ensuring alignment with forecast, pricing strategy, and profitability objectives.
- Translate commercial strategy, pricing assumptions, and market insights into clear and actionable targeting recommendations for field execution.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Pricing teams to ensure targeting priorities are consistent, realistic, and data-driven.
- Monitor target achievement versus plan, provide variance analysis, and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Own and maintain dashboards and reports related to sales performance, pricing, margins, forecasts, and target tracking.
- Develop standardized reporting tools to support pricing transparency and targeting effectiveness.
- Consolidate and deliver clear reports and executive summaries for internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all sales administration, pricing, and targeting-related reporting.
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Comfortable managing complex pricing data, targets, and large datasets.
- Strong business mindset with the ability to balance sales growth and profitability.
- Collaborative team player who effectively supports Sales, Pricing, and SCM decision-makers.
