We are looking for a Regional Sales Support Specialist (LATAM) who will play a key role in supporting sales within the LATAM Market through data analysis and strategic insights.

• Analyze sales active data from multiple sources
• Deliver insights and recommendations to sales and SCM teams
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to analyze the feasibility of forecasts
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of forecasts
• Conduct competitive sales analysis and monitor competitor sales trends
• Identify market opportunities and threats through data‑driven research
• Develop and present strategic insights to senior leadership
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports

• 2 years of experience in data analysis or strategic planning
• Knowledge of and understanding of the FMCG/CPG industry and its competitors
• Strong computer skills (MS Office); familiarity with Tableau, SQL, and Excel
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field

• Collaborative and able to influence decision‑makers
• Passionate about understanding and updating databases

The base salary for this position is between $55,000.00 and $70,000.00 per year. Actual compensation will depend on qualifications, experience, and location. This position may also be eligible for additional compensation and benefits, including an annual incentive bonus, medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, PTO/FTO, and a 401(k) plan with company match.
