• Develop and maintain backend systems using Java 17 or higher, Spring Boot 3, and Spring Batch
• Create engaging frontend applications using React/Next.js, JavaScript/Type Script, and state management
• Design and implement microservices architectures, ensuring effective communication and resilience
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance within the squad
• Actively participate in code reviews, pair programming, and the sharing of best practices

• Proven seniority in backend development with Java 17 or higher
• Solid experience in frontend development with React/Next.js and JavaScript/Type Script
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and asynchronous system development
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and tools such as Git and Git Hub/Git Lab
• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, etc.)

• Experience with Generative AI technologies and their application in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to propose process improvements
• Background in automated testing practices, including unit and integration tests
• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases (Postgre

  DB, etc.)
• Adaptability to changing priorities and technical challenges
