Mid Backend Developer - .NET

At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid‑Level Developer to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, transforming, and multicultural environment.

As a Mid‑Level Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing scalable cloud-native software solutions. Collaborating with cross‑functional teams, you will ensure the delivery of high‑quality applications that meet complex project requirements while embracing our values of collaboration, innovation, and transformation.

• Design, develop, and deploy code on cloud providers, following best practices for scalability, performance, and security.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes.
• Integrate third‑party APIs and services to enhance the functionality of our applications.
• Mentor junior developers and support them to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into our development processes as needed.

• Proven experience as a Mid‑Level Fullstack Developer, with expertise in .NET development.
• Knowledge of cloud services (Azure or other) and experience with deploying on cloud infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and asynchronous messaging patterns.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops practices, including CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional team environment.
• Advanced/fluent English.

• Experience with Java and Kotlin development.
• Experience with AI technologies and their applications in software development.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
