Master AI Developer​/LLM

The Mission

We are looking for a Master AI Developer who views Artificial Intelligence not just as a tool, but as a catalyst for redefining how software is built. You won't just be writing code; you will be leading a dedicated cell responsible for the entire lifecycle of new features using AI agents—from refining high-level requirements to building the underlying infrastructure, deploying, and monitoring.

Advanced/Fluent English is non-negotiable.

End-to-End Ownership: Analyze and refine high-level business requirements, transforming them into robust technical architectures.

AI Orchestration & Evolution:
Design, develop, and evolve AI agents and frameworks that automate complex workflows. You are expected to keep these agents "alive" and improve them.

International

Collaboration:

Act as the primary technical point of contact for international clients.

Full-Stack Engineering:
Build, maintain, and scale the backend and frontend components that house your AI solutions.

Automated Reliability:
Implement comprehensive testing automation and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure high-velocity, low-risk deployments.

Innovation & Productivity:
Proactively research and propose new tools, frameworks, and methodologies that can accelerate team productivity and product performance.

Proven Full-Stack

Experience:

Significant experience in professional software development. You should be equally comfortable in the Backend (Python/ Node.js/Go), Frontend (React/ Next.js), and Database design.

Dev Ops & Automation:
Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, etc.), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).

Testing Rigor: Expertise in automated testing frameworks (Unit, Integration, E2E) specifically applied to non-deterministic AI outputs.

AI Expertise:
Deep experience with LLMs, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt and context engineering, and multi-agent systems (MAS).

Agentic Frameworks and tools:
Proven experience with frameworks like Lang Chain, CrewAI, Auto Gen, or similar tools like Claude Code and Codex for building autonomous agents.

Agile Mindset:
Comfort leading in a fast-paced, iterative environment where the "dedicated cell" model thrives.
