In this role, you will build and scale mobile applications that directly impact user engagement and experience. You will work across the full stack, focusing primarily on React Native for mobile, while collaborating with backend services and cloud infrastructure. The position requires autonomy, technical versatility, and the ability to translate product and design requirements into high-quality, performant mobile applications. • Design, develop, and deploy new features and infrastructure for mobile applications, ensuring performance, stability, and scalability
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, and Backend Engineers to transform business requirements into technical solutions
• Optimize mobile performance, implement deep linking, notifications, and other features to enhance user experience
• Maintain the mobile development lifecycle, including testing, code review, and production monitoring
• Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers and champion mobile engineering best practices
• Contribute to mobile strategy, evaluating new technologies, CI/CD improvements, and developer experience enhancements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in React Native development
• Strong experience with Java Spring Framework
• Expertise in JavaScript/Type Script, React, and React Native component‑based architecture
• Experience with mobile state management (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Context API) and data fetching (React Query)
• Familiarity with native mobile development concepts (iOS – Swift/Objective‑C, Android – Kotlin/Java)
• Experience integrating mobile applications with APIs, AWS, and microservices
• Proven ability to work autonomously and manage priorities in fast‑paced environments
• Excellent communication skills in English and experience collaborating with non‑technical stakeholders
• Knowledge of mobile performance optimization, crash reporting, and analytics tools (e.g., Firebase Crashlytics, Datadog, Sentry)
• Nice‑to‑have: experience in fintech, crypto/blockchain, or high‑growth tech environments, as well as mentoring or leading mobile engineers
