Partnerships Ecosystem & Community Manager, Brazil

Overview

Technology Transformation and Artificial Intelligence opportunity with a focus on building and managing partner ecosystems. • Define, structure, and implement the partner community/ecosystem strategy aligned with the Business Unit's strategic objectives.
• Develop segmented engagement strategies based on partner profiles (anchor companies, startups, strategic partners, etc.).
• Create participation journeys and interaction formats that deliver concrete and recurring value for each group.
• Continuously evolve strategy based on learnings, feedback, and results generated by the ecosystem.
• Actively prospect new partners, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and AI products.

• Previous experience in managing institutional or B2B communities.
• Experience in innovation ecosystems, strategic partnerships, or corporate-startup initiatives.
• Strong relationship-building skills with executives, founders, and senior leaders.
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic vision on ecosystem building and collective value generation.

• Experience in corporate innovation environments, venture building, or open innovation.
• Background in innovation hubs, accelerators, or partnership platforms.
• Familiarity with closed communities of companies or leaders.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, community management, or event management.
