• Solid experience with ITSM / ITIL principles
• Proven experience in level 2 support and troubleshooting for complex systems
• Strong communication skills in English for reading and writing
• Flexibility to work with critical customer systems
• Availability to work occasional weekends (typically up to 1 weekend/month)

• Fluent English and intermediate or fluent Spanish
• Familiarity with control tools such as Jira, ITSM, Trello, etc.
• Experience with non-relational databases like MongoDB
• Knowledge of SQL and Postman language
• Experience with cloud systems such as AWS and Azure
