• Administer, monitor, and maintain the health of physical clusters using SQL Server Always On Availability Groups and Windows Server Failover Cluster
• Investigate critical incidents affecting availability and performance, analyzing logs and dumps for root cause identification
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Network teams to optimize operating systems and manage cluster configurations
• Plan and apply cumulative updates, service packs, and hotfixes with zero impact strategies
• Optimize advanced queries and monitor system metrics to mitigate performance bottlenecks

• Proven experience as a DBA Specialist managing large SQL Server instances, particularly versions 2019 and 2022
• In-depth knowledge of SQL Server architecture and its interaction with Windows Server
• Ability to manage system outages effectively, ensuring secure failovers without data loss
• Technical/advanced English proficiency for documentation and team interactions
• Educational background:
  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related technology fields

• Postgraduate or specialization in Infrastructure Architecture, Data Engineering, or Database Administration
• Relevant certifications such as MCSE (Data Management and Analytics) or MCSA (SQL 2016 Database Administration)
