UX Researcher

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, behaviors, and challenges related to services
• Facilitate workshops and co‑creation sessions with stakeholders and users to identify improvement and innovation opportunities
• Analyze user data and feedback to generate actionable insights that guide design and project strategy
• Develop personas, user journeys, and empathy maps to visualize and communicate user needs
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and product managers to ensure optimization recommendations are integrated into the final service

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Psychology, Anthropology, Communication, or related fields
• Previous experience as a UX Researcher, preferably in Customer Service projects or related areas
• Strong knowledge of UX research methods and tools, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, and heuristic analysis
• Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative data to generate meaningful insights
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present results to diverse audiences

• Experience in process automation and service design
• Familiarity with prototyping and design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, InVision)
• Understanding of performance metrics in services and user experience
• Proficiency in English and/or Spanish will be considered an advantage
