• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders
• Translate complex business objectives into clear technical specifications for technical teams
• Facilitate requirements workshops and discovery sessions with subject matter experts
  
  Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows for Agile sprints
• Validate that delivered solutions meet business requirements and user expectations

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology projects
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 or higher - mandatory)
• Strong experience with requirements elicitation techniques and documentation tools
• Proficiency in Agile/SCRUM methodology and understanding of API integrations
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Experience in media, advertising, or analytics domains
• Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Agile (CSPO, SAFe)
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles for conversational interfaces
• Understanding of machine learning workflows and model deployment
• Experience with stakeholder management across multiple organizational levels
