• Utilize Salesforce Sales and/or Service Clouds to develop, customize, and enhance functionalities
• Identify, troubleshoot, and fix bugs within Salesforce applications and integrations
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions that meet business needs
• Provide production support and troubleshooting for Salesforce issues in a timely manner
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices for future reference

• Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• Strong problem‑solving skills with a keen attention to detail
• Experience in debugging and resolving technical issues in Salesforce
• Ability to adapt to different work contexts, including project work and production support
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders

• Salesforce certifications are a plus
