- Proven track record in driving adoption and organizational change management for enterprise accounts
- Experience in leading complex, high-impact projects with broad organizational influence
- Ability to translate functional OKRs into scalable roadmaps and execution plans
- Familiarity with AI/machine learning technologies and best practices for continuous learning
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on identifying strategic expansion opportunities
- Fluency in customer-facing analytics tools like Salesforce and Gainsight
- Excellent communication skills, particularly in guiding others on feedback and debate normalization
