We are looking for individuals located in Brazil to work as an Data Architect and engage in an international project!

• Design and implement a robust Master Data Management (MDM) solution for golden record management across trading platforms, ERP systems, and Climate Portal 2.0.
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of master data by validating MDM solutions and establishing governance practices.
• Develop a scalable integration architecture that facilitates seamless enterprise-wide data flows and interoperability between systems.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align MDM initiatives with business objectives.
• Monitor MDM performance, identify areas for enhancement, and implement best practices to optimize data management processes across the organization.

• Fluent English is necessary.
• Strong years of MDM strategy, architecture, and implementation experience.
• Strong experience with Azure.
• Expertise working with AI.
• Data governance frameworks (DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM), Data quality dimensions and measurement, Data security and privacy compliance (SOC2, GDPR, CCPA).
• Technical Leadership:
  Enterprise architecture documentation (Archi Mate, TOGAF), Solution architecture and technical design, Architecture review and validation.
• Cross-functional stakeholder management.
• Mentoring and knowledge transfer.

• Experience in financial services, commodity trading, or climate tech sectors.
• Knowledge of trading platform architectures (ION, Murex, Calypso, or similar).
• Familiarity with ERP system integrations (Salesforce, Net Suite, Intel Agree).
• Understanding of AI/ML data requirements for model training.
• Certifications:
  
  TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, Data Management certifications.
• Experience with agile data architecture practices.
• Background in regulatory compliance and audit requirements.
