- Develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce to enhance Service Cloud functionality
- Troubleshoot and resolve Service Cloud issues while providing timely support

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce Development
- Familiarity with data migration and integration tools
- Demonstrated experience in leading complex Salesforce projects
- Salesforce and AI certifications (e.g., Service Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I, Agentforce Specialist)
- Experience with AI frameworks and tools related to Salesforce implementations
- Knowledge of other Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud)
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
