- Deep knowledge of Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Mulesoft
- Experience with Agentforce / Einstein Bots and generative AI in the Salesforce ecosystem
- Knowledge of the Healthcare & Life Sciences domain
- Fluent in Portuguese and advanced English skills
- Salesforce certifications:
Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect (strongly desired) - Experience with data modeling, REST/SOAP integrations, and integration standards
