- Lead the technical development in Service Cloud and Health Cloud, ensuring a 360-degree view of the patient
- Implement and configure Agentforce with generative AI for phone support and task management
- Develop process automations for appointment scheduling, confirmations, cancellations, and lead management
- Configure and customize Einstein Bots for Whats App support using generative AI
- Mentor team members and ensure code quality, adherence to best practices, and unit test coverage
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Flows)
- Strong experience with Service Cloud and Health Cloud
- Knowledge of Agentforce, Einstein Bots, and generative AI within Salesforce
- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and event-driven platforms
- Salesforce certifications:
Platform Developer I/II, Service Cloud Consultant, Health Cloud Accredited Professional
- Experience in the healthcare domain is a differentiator
- Fluency in Portuguese with intermediate/advanced English skills
