Our team of over 700 experts from 35+ countries works tirelessly to transform intricate data into actionable strategies, ensuring our clients stay ahead in a dynamic market landscape. • Maintain up‑to‑date templates and document repositories for frequently asked questions and recurring DDQ topics.
US Regulatory & Public Sector Compliance Support
  • Support compliance with applicable US federal, state and public sector requirements, including maintaining accurate representations for government and regulated customers.
  • Manage and maintain Kpler’s SAM.gov registration, including entity information updates, representations and certifications, and annual renewals.
  • Conduct research and support compliance efforts related to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other applicable public procurement frameworks (e.g., DFARS, agency‑specific requirements), under the supervision of the Legal team.
  • Assist with DDQs, RFPs, and customer requests involving US government, public sector, or regulated entities, ensuring accuracy and consistency of legal and compliance information.
LRC Systems & Process Management (back‑up)
  • Maintain, update and optimise workflows across LRC systems (e.g., Jira, Iron Clad, Comply Advantage, shared LRC drive) with the other Paralegal.
  • Jointly support and maintain the LRC Jira ticketing system with the other Paralegal, ensuring consistent usage, continuity of service, and appropriate coverage across time zones.
  • Collaborate with IT and cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot challenges and implement system improvements.
  • Manage user access and permissions across LRC platforms, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Identify opportunities to automate, simplify and scale processes across the LRC function.
LRC Support & Management
  • Organise and manage support pathways; elevate complex requests to appropriate LRC team members and/or any other internal/external stakeholders.
  • Respond to initial queries (e.g., policies, systems, workflows) and ensure efficient request resolution through Jira, centralised inbox or designated slack channels.
