We are looking for individuals located in Brazil to work as an Architecture Manager and engage in an international project!
ResponsibilitiesProcess:
Work to align an Intentional Architecture model with a clear roadmap, where each Enabler component of this architecture interacts with the business, guiding the architecture team to conduct the Architecture in an Evolutionary manner. To do this, act as an advisor and promoter of experimentation and hypothesis validation models, ensuring that the technological plan not only supports but also facilitates these processes.
Ensure the consistency of implementing good architectural practices in the contract. Manage the career development of the technical team, especially ensuring the formation of a robust architecture team. Lead discussions on technical challenges with the client in the PDCA based on technical metrics. Coordinate the advances in technical maturity of the contract.
Business:
Responsible for coordinating the integrated Technical Roadmap among Value Streams. Support the management of the Technical Roadmap of the Value Stream. Responsible for technical decisions of the contract and ensuring its cohesion with the business.
Continuous Improvement:
Responsible for visual management (Situation Wall) of architectural aspects. Responsible for identifying opportunities for technological evolution and ensuring the execution of studies and benchmarks to choose the best strategy. Monitor the technical metrics of the entire Value Stream and make corrective decisions.
- Fluent English is necessary.
- Experience with the .NET ecosystem (including .NET Core/5+).
- Knowledge of .NET architecture, API integration (API First), CI/CD practices, and robust experience with Microsoft Azure services (hosting, serverless, data, security).
- Experience with different programming paradigms (Object-Oriented and Procedural).
- Experience in a mature Dev Ops environment, with continuous integration and delivery (Git, SCM, Azure Dev Ops).
- Proficiency with both RESTful and SOAP protocols.
- Familiarity with Composable Architectures and component-based design principles.
- Working knowledge or background in Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities and their architectural implications.
- Lead, empower, and engage the software architects' team, promoting the career development of other roles within the technical team.
- Mobilize people internally and with the client, communicating clearly to resolve problems and impediments.
- Create and manage the technical roadmap of the project, including technical dependencies.
- Orchestrate and integrate solutions, making trade-offs regarding product evolution considering technical indicators.
- Manage and train new architects to ensure the application of good software engineering practices.
- Demonstrated experience with monolithic system refactoring/modernization.
- Expertise in designing and implementing distributed systems, including experience with Event-Driven Architecture (EDA).
- Knowledge of Java EJB or NodeJS applications.
- Experience with FE languages and component-based design principles.
- Knowledge and/or experience in the automotive industry and OEM integration.
