• Define and maintain a common QA operating model across multiple teams, including standard processes and quality metrics
• Lead quality engineering efforts for Full Stack (Web) and Salesforce (Service Cloud) development teams
• Introduce and promote the use of AI to enhance test design and automation processes
• Execute and monitor automated tests, analyze results, and report defects
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to create thorough test plans and ensure quality throughout the SDLC

• Proven experience as a Quality Analyst or Quality Engineer
• Strong proficiency in test automation using Playwright
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud and Full Stack development principles
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in advanced English, both written and spoken, for effective global communication

• Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Gherkin, and Java script
• Familiarity with API testing and tools like Postman and REST Assured
• Relevant certifications in software testing (ISTQB, CSTE, etc.) are a plus
• Experience applying AI tools in day-to-day QA work to increase throughput and consistency
• Demonstrated ability to coach and influence across multiple stakeholders
