• Experience with FICO platforms (Decision Management, Blaze Advisor, or similar)
• Proficiency in decision logic languages (e.g., Java or FICO-specific languages)
• Strong knowledge of PySpark and SQL for data manipulation
• Familiarity with REST APIs and JSON formats for integration
• Understanding of credit policies, risk, and compliance

• Experience in Dev Ops practices for continuous deployment
• Analytical thinking to adjust rules and propose quick solutions
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with business and IT areas
