We are seeking for a highly talented and experienced Product Designer to join the design team for our digital products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI and UX design, a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Understand business processes within an organization/product.
• Understand/create user personas and user journeys.
• Develop and conceptualize a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for an organization/product.
• Collaborate with the product owners to understand technical and business requirements.
• Support product teams with feature prioritization.
• Producing high-level prototyping through wireframes.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure designs can be developed.
• Complete UI/UX check on the implementation.
• Help streamline processes and eliminate redundancies.

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decisions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present and justify design decisions to cross-functional teams.
• Strong proficiency in industry-standard design tool Figma.
• Advanced English.
