Project Manager​/Program Manager

• Lead and coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and dependency management across various systems
• Spearhead organizational change management efforts, ensuring successful user adoption of new systems and processes
• Proactively identify, track, and mitigate program risks, escalating critical blockers as necessary
• Utilize project management tools to report on project metrics and provide insights to leadership
• Establish and enforce project management processes, documentation standards, and communication protocols

• Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in Project or Program Management, specifically with complex IT projects
• Experience in business systems management and change management
• Exceptional organizational ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration

• Experience in a SaaS environment
• Knowledge of Positioning Services and Global Services offerings
• Familiarity with Jira or other issue tracking tools
• Experience with Oracle iStore or Oracle E-Business Suite
• Proven ability to manage projects involving AI/LLM components
