SEASONAL WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE

Blue Seal Farm & Home, a member of the KENT WORLDWIDE family of companies, is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Associate to support the team during the busy season at our Brattleboro, VT location. This part‑time, seasonal role offers fewer than 30 hours per week and requires weekend availability. We also offer a generous employee discount as part of this opportunity.

Compensation: $16.00–$16.50 per hour. Final compensation may vary based on the candidate’s skills, job responsibilities, location, and other factors.

• Loading and unloading bagged feeds and related products to our customers, both commercial and private.
• Ability to safely operate a hand truck and a forklift.
• Operate all equipment in a safe manner and obey all safety rules.
• Receive and accurately load and rotate product.
• Maintain the warehouse and loading areas in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Report any safety concerns while performing essential duties.
• Other duties as assigned by Store Management.

• Ability to lift 55 lbs. to a height of 50 inches.
• Demonstrate a consistent track record of employment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
• Must pass pre‑employment drug screen.
• Effective communication skills.
• Understanding of feed products and willingness to learn and grow.
