This is a full-time, year-round position with a competitive compensation range of $40.00 - $45.00/hour.
POSITION SUMMARYThe Senior Plumbing Technician will oversee all plumbing repairs and preventative maintenance for our resort facilities. By ensuring our plumbing systems function efficiently, they will identify issues and implement effective solutions. This role is essential to maintaining a safe, compliant, and reliable plumbing infrastructure at the resort.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES- Conduct facility plumbing operations
- Perform maintenance and repairs on boiler systems
- Execute preventative maintenance programs for common areas
- Comply with all safety regulations and codes
- Effectively manage tasks from the resort work order system
- Work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
- Collaborate with other trades personnel
- Maintain a safe workplace environment
- Additional duties as assigned
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Master Plumber License
- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum age of 18
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Adept at independently resolving problems and customer concerns
- Highly motivated to provide outstanding customer service
- Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to read and interpret safety regulations, operation instructions, and manuals
- Capability to follow instructions in written, oral, or visual formats
- Versatile in completing repairs in various lodging facilities and general resort locations as required
Travel to various locations on and off the resort is necessary.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONSThis position may require working weekends and holidays. Success in this role necessitates the ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily, with or without reasonable accommodations.
