Description
A&M Industrial is a 70-year-old, family owned, leading local industrial distribution company looking for career-oriented individuals to fill critical positions on their sales and support team.
The Metalworking Field Sales Representative will execute sales strategy, initiate contact with existing and potential customers, identify needs and sell appropriate metalworking and machine tools to meet those needs.

Work Environment:
This job operates primarily in the field. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, document scanners, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed. This position is primarily driving to and from client locations, walking and standing in all different environments for extended periods of time (based on client location) and telephone and computer work.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. Proper lifting techniques are required. This position may occasionally lift up to 10 pounds for product material, files and computer printouts.
