• Act as a passionate customer advocate, assisting, advising, and educating customers on wireless products and services.
• Drive sales and customer satisfaction with a focus on value to all customers.
• Conduct calls to customers seeking information about products and services.
• Maintain excellent communication skills and stay connected with company resources.
• Perform operational procedures including store opening and closing responsibilities.
• Balance customer experience and performance goals.
• Attend and complete all required training and meetings for development.
• Engage in community giveback through volunteer events, donations, grants and more.
• Maintain a positive attitude, energy, and contribute equally to team efforts.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work guaranteed full-time hours.
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable transportation; able to work at multiple locations.
• Ability to stand, sit, walk, bend for extended periods; lift up to 10 pounds.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% based on business needs.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
