Summary

To be an advocate for our guests and consistently meet their expectations by providing a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience. Responsible for projecting a professional image and maintaining a neat and clean work area at all times. Tasks include bagging groceries, performing price checks, and carrying groceries to guests’ cars.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Greet guests, make eye contact, and thank each guest served.

Deliver a friendly, helpful, easy, and safe shopping experience that meets guest expectations.

Present oneself professionally in accordance with dress code and grooming policies.

Work safely and maintain a clean work area per policies and procedures.

Fill guest orders efficiently and carefully, including bagging groceries, checking prices, loading carts, and carry outs.

Operate the bottle return area safely and according to company policies.

Maintain sufficient stock levels of front-end supplies.

Communicate new policies or promotional programs to guests.

Perform other duties as assigned by management, adhering to all company policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

Strong communication and customer service skills, reliability, basic literacy, basic computer skills, and satisfactory performance reviews.
